......offering young people and communities the chance to access a wide range of free, exciting, fulfilling activities.  e3+ has sparked the imagination and interest of young people in the Treorchy area since its launch in September 2008. This groundbreaking service is enabling people to learn different skills and engage in new experiences from Monday to Friday.
